BMA was airline of America. It was established in March 1999. Initially Boston Maine Airways started flights operations as a feeder for Pan American Airways in 2000. It had its main base in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. It was wholly owned by Pan Am Systems and operated scheduled commuter flights services under the name of Pan Am Clipper Connection.
In 2006, Boston-Maine Airways announced scheduled non-charter flights to Tunica in Mississippi, Memphis in Tennessee, and Elmira in New York. The airline also included many destinations including Bedford, Massachusetts, Trenton, New Jersey, and Baltimore.
Boston-Maine Airways ceased all its scheduled passenger services in February 2008.
