Also known as ARPA, it was regional airline of Paraguay. It was established in 1994 and started air flight operations with Cessna A208 Caravan 1. Aerolineas Paraguayas had its main base in Luque, Paraguay, near Asunción. Aerolineas Paraguayas provided scheduled domestic passenger flights to various destinations in Paraguay.
ARPA Aerolineas Paraguayas was merged with TAM-Mercosur in December 2002.
