Air Senegal International

It was the regional airline of Senegal with its main base in Dakar, Senegal. Air Senegal International was famous for its excellent air flight services to domestic as well as international flights destinations to the neighboring countries. Besides operating scheduled passenger flight services, the airline also provided charter flights and air taxi services.

Air Senegal International was founded in 1971 as Air Senegal. The airline began international flights operations in 2001 with majority stake by Royal Air Maroc. The airline suspended all its air flights operations in April 2009. It was proposed to replace the current airline with a new one with the name of Senegal Airlines.
