Being regional airlines of Dublin, Ireland, Aer Arann operated scheduled air services to 40 countries. That include Ireland, France and United Kingdom. Established in 1970, Aer Arann was catering air services between Galway and Aran Island. Initially the airline started with single Britten-Norman Islander. Aer Arann started scheduled services in 1998. In 2008, Aer Arann achieved All Ireland Marketing Leader of the Year Award by the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
Aer Arann ceased all its flight operations on 19 March 2014 and succeeded by Stobart Air an Irish regional airline
