Avolar Aerolineas Mexico or Avolar Airlines was a low cost airlines of Mexico with its base in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The airline used to provide air flight services to more than 17 domestic cities of Mexico. Avolar also had its offices in Tijuana.
It was founded in 2005, Initially the airline had only single aircraft Boeing 737-500. Mexico’s Communications and Transports Secretariat (SCT) ceased all the operations of Avolar in 2008 due to some illegal activities of operating concessions even after expiry.
