Japan Airlines offers senior citizen fares discounts for travelers of age 62 or above.

Baggage Allowance for passengers from international destinations is 30 kg (Economy), 40 kg (Business), 50 kg (First). Hand baggage allowance is 7 kg (Economy and Business) 10 kg (first). Please be aware that excess luggage will be strictly checked and charged for. Passengers carrying unpaid excess luggage may be refused boarding.
Refunds:
Japan Airlines offers refunds of tickets on unused tickets under some specific conditions. Refunds are only made to the person who has purchased the ticket, within 30 days of the expiry date of the ticket.
